anda jalanin di browser atau double click di file??
coba buka browser anda dan ketik localhost lalu enter.
atau
coba bikin script sederhana aja dl
<?php echo 'hello world'; ?>
dan anda nga bs jalankan dengan mengklik filenya...

anda harus buka browser anda dan ketik localhost/file.php

ehmmm kayaknya sintax di atas kurang bener deh...

ketika mau nulis sesuatu yang akan di tampilkan ke browser kan harusnya pake "echo" <html> s.d. </html> yang anda buat di dalam <?php ... ?>
harusnya pake "echo"

Pastikan file.php Anda sudah tercopy di LOCALDISK\xampp\htdocs
